Where are you Located?
We’re based in Spokane, Washington, and proudly serve Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and the surrounding Inland Northwest. Have an event a little farther away? We’d love to hear about it! Travel outside our standard service area may be available upon request, with additional travel fees depending on location.

When to Book Service?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weddings and larger events. However, we know the best plans aren’t always made months ahead—last-minute inquiries are always welcome and accommodated when possible.
For peak wedding season and holiday dates, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

What's Included?
Each Caviar Darling experience includes one or two dedicated caviar servers, depending on your selected package and event size, along with:
Premium caviar • Blinis • Crème fraîche • Mother-of-pearl serving spoons • Linen napkins • Elevated serving pieces & presentation • Setup & breakdown

How Long is Service?
Our standard Caviar Darling experience includes two hours of roaming caviar service. Need us to keep the caviar flowing a little longer? Additional service hours may be added and will be quoted based on your event and selected package.
What do we need from the venue?
Not much—we come prepared! We simply ask for a small staging area with access to a table and a cool, shaded or indoor space, especially during warmer months. If available, access to refrigeration is appreciated..

What do the Caviar Darlings Wear?
Our signature Caviar Darling look is a polished all-black ensemble paired with classic white gloves for a timeless, elevated presentation.
Want something tailored to your event? Attire can be customized to complement your theme, dress code, or overall aesthetic upon request. From black-tie weddings to playful themed celebrations, we’re happy to dress the part.

Is There a Guest Mininum?
No! We love celebrations of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to grand affairs. There is no required guest minimum; however, our standard package minimums still apply.
