Caviar Darlings is a woman-owned business born from a love of beautiful gatherings, exceptional service, and, of course, really good caviar.

With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, craft cocktails, and guest service, founder Kaycee has always believed the best celebrations are about more than what’s being served — they’re about how people feel while they’re there.

After spending the past seven years working within the wedding industry as a floral preservation artist, Kaycee saw an opportunity to bring something fresh, interactive, and a little indulgent to weddings and events throughout the Inland Northwest.

Blending a background in hospitality with a love for elevated details and luxury caviar, Caviar Darlings was created to turn caviar into an experience, one that feels glamorous without feeling stuffy, encourages guests to mingle, and gives them something to talk about long after the party ends.
